Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. The promotion is from March 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025, based on Asia Standard Time (GMT+8).
2. During the promotion period, the top 10 IBs with the highest monthly net deposit and who complete 10 standard lots will have the chance to receive a jacket and a customized medal. Each IB can receive a maximum of one MultiBank Group jacket and one customized medal during the promotion period. Repeated winners will not receive additional rewards.
3. The minimum net deposit requirement to participate in the promotion is $10,000 and 10 standard lots. After meeting the criteria, rankings will be based on the final net deposit amount.
4. The promotion will be settled on the last trading day of each month, and qualifying IBs will be notified within 5 business days after the end of each month. In case of public holidays, the notification time will be extended accordingly.
5. Only the net deposit amount made during the promotion period will be included in the calculation. Transfers, bonuses, commissions, rebates, and interest are not counted. Valid trading lots must have a holding time of at least 5 minutes and do not include hedging transactions.

6. Winning IBs will receive a notification email and must submit the following information to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the notification: Full Name, Trading Account Number, Recipient’s Name, Recipient’s Contact Number, Recipient’s Address. IBs must ensure that the information provided is complete and accurate to facilitate timely processing.
7. Once the application is approved, MultiBank Group will ship the prize within 7 business days. In case of public holidays or insufficient inventory, the delivery may be delayed. Your understanding is appreciated.
8. This promotion is only open to IBs registered in Mainland China. IBs from other regions are not eligible.
9. If any IB is found to engage in malicious behavior, provide misleading information, or use improper means to obtain undue benefits, MultiBank Group reserves the right to disqualify the client and revoke the reward.
10. MultiBank Group reserves the right to interpret, modify, update, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
